Neosaka is a dangerous place. Among the shady dealers and ruthless mercenaries, everyone's beliefs are pushed to the limits. Those who power through the noise are often rewarded.
Our vision is to build an anime brand that towers above the rest; a shining gem amid the neon lit streets, powered by conviction.
Japan is controlled by large corporations. The people are overworked, and freedom is limited.
In order to escape, many years ago, communities took control over small islands and towns.
These came to be known as 'Freedom Islands'.
A neon city, thriving with business and entertainment.
Neosaka is bustling and beautiful, but the same cannot be said for its slums. Addiction to the ecstatic B2 chips is getting out of control, and crime runs rampant.
By fate, Ken, Nanami, Smiley and J-Rex came together. Their goal required an immense amount of conviction: to defeat the evil Utsuro Company and cleanse the slums of Neosaka of the B2 addiction.
They each have their own reason to stand up to the Utsuro company.
